With the participation of 50 partners and representatives, the 2nd ePREDICE General Assembly meeting was held in Majorca, Spain from the 13th to the 15th of April 2014. The overall objective was to understand the level of readiness of each clinical site, identify any specific needs and reinforce training topics.
The 1st General Assembly Meeting took place in Madrid
The first General Assembly Meeting of the ePREDICE Project took place on the 9th and 10th of November 2012 in Madrid, Spain.
32 Partners from 17 countries (Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the Untied Kingdom) attended the meeting.
The overall purpose was to present the project scope, timelines and milestones.
In addition, all Partners responsible for specific measurements of the trial explained the procedure for their Work Package.
The meeting was also a good opportunity to review the financial policies of the EC and the use of the Intranet as internal and external communication tools.

Diabetes And Vista. Prevention Projects. Information Of Diabetes.
The Institute of Applied Ophthalmobiology University of Valladolid, IOBA, from late January will lead an international study to monitor the health of 3,000 diabetic vision in the other 34 participating centers in a dozen countries over two years.
